Tis the season for holiday fun in Guthrie!

Guthrie has everything you need to get into the holiday spirit; from live music to parades, holiday events, and incredible stage plays!

Keep reading for a list of December events in Guthrie.



Experience an outdoor light display at the Cottonwood Flats, viewed by guests from the comfort of their own vehicle between now and January 1. 100,000 lights, 70+ wrapped trees, 40+ wireframe displays, inflatables and other decorations. Saturday, December 16, is an all day festival from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. The festival will include food trucks and pop up shops located in the southwest corner of the flats. The fireworks show is shot from the east side of 5th street. Patrons can bring lawn chairs or sit in their vehicles. The fireworks will start at dark ~approx 8 p.m. Parking for the event is north of Warner Ave for the day.






Shop & see live Christmas windows, music, costumes, dancing & shows on December 2 and December 9, 3-9 p.m. Sip wassail or hot chocolate, enjoy the sights and sounds of yesteryear Christmas in our historic town.




December 2, $20, 10:00am-4:00pm. Enjoy an exclusive look inside some of Guthrie’s most distinctive homes and historic buildings, decorated for the holiday season! Reserve your tickets online for pickup the day of the event, or purchase directly on December 2 at Guthrie City Hall (101 N. 2nd St).






Through December 23 - Over 30 years, 1,000 performances, and 150,000 patrons, A Territorial Christmas Carol is back in this re-imagining of Dickens’ classic tale!
