July 27 Christmas in July, shop local in Guthrie, fundraiser for 2021 Christmas Celebration, see list of participating businesses.

July 28-July 31 World Championship Junior Rodeo, Lazy E Arena

July Saturdays: The Historic Route Trolley has returned. Listen to Guthrie’s history while riding in air-conditioned trolley bus, Saturdays (only) 12pm & 2pm- load up at 2nd & Harrison (State Publishing Building).

AUGUST

August 6-28 The Pollard Theatre is back! The opening play is “The 39 Steps”, adapted from movie by Alfred Hitchcock. See Pollard website for tickets and info.

August 7 Guthrie Maker Days, Needle Felted Gnomes, $25, 110 W Harrison, Home Sweet Home on the Range, 10-2pm

August 7 Back to School Bash! Stuff the Bus with donated school supplies. Shop OK tax-free weekend (clothing), downtown fun, vendors, inflatables, 11am-3pm.

August 7 Red Brick Nights, downtown block party, 5pm food, shops, kids’ fun, 7pm live music, bring an outdoor chair!

August 7-15 All-StarTeam Roping Finals, Lazy E Arena

August 14 & 28 Byron Berline Band & Legacy Grass concert @Byron's Music Hall, doors open 7pm for 7:30 show.

August 20-21 OK Cattlemen's Assoc. Ranch Rodeo, Lazy E Arena

Guthrie’s museums and galleries are always good to visit/revisit: Oklahoma Territorial Museum, Frontier Drugstore Museum, OK Sports Museum, Gallery Grazioso, Owens Art, G Glass Gallery.
